About this product

No2Nangs is an initiative by Sam Bramman — a 21-year-old from North West Sydney who lost everything to nitrous oxide, and chose to run it back.

On June 23, Sam runs 300km from Sydney to Parliament House, Canberra, demanding the Australian government take nitrous oxide seriously. Not as a talking point. As law.

This tee is more than merch. It's a statement. Wear it to stand with every young Australian who didn't make it out the other side.

100% of profits go straight to Headspace.

Every purchase directly supports Sam's campaign for Nitrous Law Reform — ending rapid home delivery, setting purchase limits, mandating age checks, licensing sellers, and banning youth-targeted advertising.

No2Nangs.

Sam Bramman was 19 years old when nitrous oxide took everything from him. What started as a party trick — one bulb, then another — spiralled into consuming 40 to 50 nangs a day. He was visiting the same tobacconist before it even opened.

Then, in 2023, he suffered a deep psychotic episode — got in a car alone and drove from Sydney to the Gold Coast with no memory of why. He was found wandering barefoot, screaming, his feet black from the concrete. He had no idea where he was.

His parents flew up to find him agitated and unreachable. Security guards had to physically restrain and sedate him. He woke up the next day in a psychiatric ward in Tweed Heads — alone, confused, and with no recollection of how he'd gotten there.

For the next 12 months, Sam spent 18 hours a day in bed. He couldn't shower. He couldn't brush his teeth. He gained 30 kilos. Every basic function most of us take for granted, gone. He rebuilt himself slowly, quietly, from rock bottom.

And when he was finally strong enough to stand, he decided to run. On June 23, Sam is running 300km from Sydney to Parliament House in Canberra — demanding the Australian government introduce stronger nitrous oxide laws. End rapid home delivery. Set purchase limits. Mandate age checks. License sellers. Ban advertising that targets young people.

The NSW government says it's reviewing regulations, but hasn't committed to a timeline. Sam isn't waiting. He's running for every young Australian who didn't make it out the other side.
