Refund policy
We want you to love what you receive. If something arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we'll fix it. No questions asked.
Eligible returns
We accept returns on items that are faulty, damaged, or have a print defect. Claims must be raised within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
How to start a return
Email us at shop@mivio.com with:
- Your order number
- Date of purchase
- Description of the issue
- A clear photo showing the fault or damage
Once reviewed, we'll arrange a replacement or refund if your claim meets our return policy.
Non-returnable items
As our products are made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour variation due to screen display differences. We also do not accept items showing wear, makeup stains, or damage caused after delivery. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at shop@mivio.com with photos so we can resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, please place a new order for the correct item once your refund is processed.
Refunds
Once your return is assessed and approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at shop@mivio.com.
