Every Mivio order is made to order. Here's what to expect.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are dispatched within 7 – 14 days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3 – 7 days within Australia, or 10 – 20 days for international orders.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
Need it by a specific date?
Get in touch at shop@mivio.com before placing your order and we'll confirm whether we can meet your timeframe.
Late or missing orders
If your expected delivery date has passed, contact us at shop@mivio.com and we'll look into it for you.
